The concept for BarnBurner Design was born as Bethany spent time working in the design industry. She saw the frustration and confusion of clients who came to her for just one element of their project. Every client’s parting question was always the same: “Now what do I do?”

Behind the design
Meet Bethany
Bethany is a lifelong creative who produced an impressive body of work on
the back of church bulletins in her early years. She was an award-winning student and athlete, earning a B.S. from Marywood University and a M.A. from the University of Tennessee. She has practiced as a Speech Language Pathologist for more than 15 years. She is her friends’
and family’s go-to for design and color advice. She is a Certified True Colour Expert. The pandemic brought a unique opportunity to make her passion into a business. Bethany lives in West Knoxville with her husband, Wes. Together they have 2 daughters, 2 dogs and have owned more than 50 Toyota Land Cruisers.
