You will receive a fixed-fee cost proposal after your consultation is complete. Once you accept this proposal we can begin pulling together your new build package. Selections include:

    This is a color consultation for an open floorplan home. An open floorplan is an area in which 2 or more rooms are open to each other without separation by walls. This is very common in newer homes. For example, the home may have an entryway which leads into a great room, the hallway and a dining room. By assessing the undertones in your fixed finishes (flooring, millwork, or furniture) I will propose 2 or 3 options for the wall color.
